All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by you and received back to us within 30 days of the date of the original purchase.
All returns must be unworn,unwashed and all tags still attached.
Please do not return items with pet hair on them, perfumes or any blemishes that alert us they were worn. If so, we will have to return back to you and no store credit refund will be issued.
Please send an email to customerservice@humbleobsessions.com to initiate your return. Please put in the RE section RETURN REQUEST. Please do not skip this step. This will confirm that your purchase meets the return item policy..
Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a Humble Obsessions store credit to your account.
Due to the constant changes in our inventory, exchanges or holds is not something we can do.
This means that you will not be able to pick out a replacement item until the item has been received back from you and credit has been added to your account.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
Shipping is non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We only accept returns on full priced clothing.Not on any sale items. Items on sale or bought with a coupon code are final and will not be accepted for return/store credit.
We do not accept returns on jewelry,accessories, bags etc.
Holiday items such as Christmas,Valentines Day or 4th of July are not eligible for return. All sales are final for these products.
We do not allow multiple returns on items. We make one round of returns per item.. When you use the credit we give for your return make sure you purchase something you love as it will be the final sale for that return.
